Ms. Dryovage represents unions and individuals in whistleblower, employment discrimination and labor cases. She has pioneered litigation against government agencies involving age, sex, race, national origin, disability and retaliation cases. Ms. Dryovage regularly litigates before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board, as well as in federal and state court. She also provides consultation services to other attorneys concerning procedural and evidentiary issues that arise in employment cases. She has achieved the highest, or AV, rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
